Things I’m Loving Lately: Fall Edition
Just a little collection of all the things I’ve been into lately - from food products, to skincare and beauty, to my fav jewels! Let me know what you’ve been loving in the comments!
Oat Haus Granola Butter
Guys…this is not a drill. This stuff is CRACK. It’s a granola-based spread. It’s got the texture of smooth nut butter, but it’s nut free. My favorite flavor is the vanilla - I swear it takes like liquid cookies. The original if my #2, that one is super cinnamon-y and graham-y. And the chocolate is a very close #3. I’ve been loving it on a rice cake as a bedtime snack. They’re also a great option if you’ve got kiddos in a nut-free school!
Mush Overnight Oats
These are a new-to-me product that I’m SO happy I stumbled upon. Overnight oats, already made and packaged up. My favorite flavors are the apple cinnamon and the blueberry. If I’m having them for breakfast, I like to add some extra fruit and nut butter for more staying power. If I’m having as a snack, I enjoy them as is!
Olive & June Fall Shades
Y’all know I’m an at-home mani connoisseur (self-proclaimed), and Olive & June is my absolute favorite brand. It simply doesn’t chip. I don’t know what kind of sorcery goes on in those little, bottles, but I get one week minimum out of these manis. And the fall colors are just…chef’s kiss.
Sheet Pan Meals
Any meal that involves 10 minutes to throw together…that’s a meal for me. Which is why I’m really digging sheet pan meals lately. I try to include a lean protein (chicken breast or thigh, chicken sausage, turkey meatballs, or salmon), a starchy veg (butternut squash, sweet potatoes, white potatoes), and a non-starchy veg (Brussels sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, bell peppers). Throw everyone on a sheet pan, toss with some olive oil and spices, and let the oven do the rest. Literally…put it in the oven, set a timer for 45 minutes, and forget about it. Boom, dinner done.
Hippeas Chickpea Puffs
Okay, if you follow me on Instagram, you know the obsession is real. These are SO good. They have the texture of puffy cheese doodles…say no more.
Dave’s Killer Bread English Muffins
These have been a breakfast staple lately! They’re the perfect size, have 3 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of protein. I love making them for a sweet and savory breakfast - I top one half with mashed avocado and an egg, and the other half with nut butter and jam!
Hey June Jewelry
Okay this is one I’m excited about, especially since the holidays are coming up! This female-owned small business makes the CUTEST jewelry. You know I love dainty gold jewelry. And I’m one of those people who never takes my jewelry off. Yup, I shower, cook, clean, sleep, workout with it all on. Honestly, I’m just too lazy to take it off. I’ve gotten this ring, and these earrings from Hey June, and they haven’t tarnished at all! Oh and did I mention every is super affordable? Will def be getting these as holiday gifts for my besties..and adding a few to my cart for myself as well.
Fage Best Self Lactose-Free Greek Yogurt
As much as this pains me to admit, I am fully lactose intolerant. And often times, I am super neglectful and eat lactose regardless. And I swear I’m trying to be better about it. But Greek yogurt is something I can’t omit. I love it. It’s a breakfast / snack staple for me. Fage makes a lactose-free version of their Greek yogurt (I’m a Fage girl for life) and it tastes exactly like the regular one. I truly taste no difference. Such a good find!
