Creamy Chicken Soup

The temps are dropping week by week, so naturally I’m whipping up new soup recipes week by week! This creamy chicken soup is hearty and nutritious - with anti-inflammatory spices, tons of fiber-filled veggies, and a secret ingredients that adds creaminess (and no, it’s not heavy cream!)

Tip - I love to serve my soup with warm, crusty bread for dipping. But if you prefer your carb source to be pasta, orzo, couscous or rice, I suggest making that on the side, and storing it on the side. When it comes time to eat, add your grain (pasta/rice/couscous) in the bottom of the bowl, then ladle the dreamy soup on top - this will keep the thick, creamy texture of the soup. If you cook them and store them together, the grain will absorb most of the moisture of the soup.
